Straight answers

Do I get charged today?

No. Your first 7 days are free. Stripe charges $4.99 on day 8 and every month after that until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Go to Account, then Manage membership, and cancel. It takes about a minute. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.

I didn't get my code. What do I do?

Check your Spam or Junk folder first, and Promotions if you use Gmail. The code comes from login@builtbynuru.com. If it's there, mark it Not spam. Still nothing after a minute? Tap Send a new code, or email info@builtbynuru.com.

Is my card safe?

Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Can I use it on my phone and my computer?

Yes. Log in with your email on any device. We send a fresh code each time you log in somewhere new.

One account for all Nuru apps?

Yes. The same email login works on Slide Thru, El Sabor, Rootstock, Baraza and Rooted 360. Each app is paid for on its own.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account, then Delete my account, or open the delete-account page. It deletes your login, memberships and purchases on every Nuru app, and cancels a running membership so you aren't charged again.
